Planning to Iterate

  • Was the feedback consistent? Yes, there was consistent concerns about cost and reliability.
  • What were the best learnings? Many people enjoy the extra features that the hanger brings but are concerned about the cost associated with them as traditional plastic hangers are so cheap.
  • What should you implement as you ITERATE? I should implement a more robust pivot to make the hanger more robust. I should add a hook to keep the clothes on. Maybe consider other design alternatives like a locking mechanism or a magnet.
