Key Findings from the Interview

  • Q1) Prefers meals over snacking. Likes the ease of frozen foods.
  • Q2) 50 miles. Gets most produce from nearby farmstands or markets.
  • Q3) Convivence stores not good or organic because most food would have to travel a long way to get to a midwestern store (because it is not grown in the area).
  • Q4) Elementary level, from personal health and wellness class.
  • Q5) Would like to be fully vegetarian. Needs more money, time, and better access.
