Key Findings from the Interview

  • Q1) Food that is cheap and fast to make. Primarily plant based.
  • Q2) 700 miles. Tries to buy local but knows most flies in from overseas.
  • Q3) Having cheaper easy to access food. Hard to find in big cities. Find farmers markets.
  • Q4) Elementary school health class education.
  • Q5) Would want all food from the general area. Unprocessed foods. Know about what is being put in body, knowing exactly where the food is coming from. Time.
