  • Hometown - Hawaii
  • Studying English and possibly law at Stanford
  • Hawaii was environmentally conscious

Key Findings from the Interview

  • Q1) Want to feel full through the day (to stay focused). Protein and filling foods.
  • Q2) However far Stanford’s food travels. Hawaii, bought from local markets.
  • Q3) Weekly farmers markets are helpful. Need to travel to get fresh foods.
  • Q4) Highschool health class education. Knowledge from family. Online, tik tok.
  • Q5) Fresh seafood. Have more variety in foods and cuisine.
