Project 1 - Plan for Iterating

Planning to Iterate

  • Was the feedback consistent?

The feedback was fairly consistent, regarding positive comments or questions/concerns that were answered or acknowledged, but changes they suggested were distributed into different areas of the prototype.

  • What were the best learnings?

It’s a good idea, a unique concept based on a newly emerged technology that would be incredibly useful for many people’s lives.

It would be a good idea to have varying degrees of strictness.

Health and body analytics depends on activity as well- the application and smart watch should have a 50/50 focus on activity and consumption.

Make sure to differ and be unique from the apple watch and it’s services. The concepts should remain different and unique but translatable onto the apple watch.

The options and pricing should be detailed, especially for all the purchase options and the subscription.

The target audience would be all and any type of person looking to better their health or track their intake and measure their health easily and on the next level.

The camera could be made cheaper by taking only the face id feature of the traditional apple camera and removing all other features.

There should be a nutritionist guiding you and helping you personally (as well as the interface)

  • What should you implement as you ITERATE?

-Implement options for how strict the reminders are for daily/weekly goals

-Have a focus on activity and activity measures as well (slightly more focus on this but the product has a substantial focus on it already)

-Clearly define the procedure between the two methods of detecting what you consume- through the camera and through sensors.

-Pricing and option should be specified.

-Describe the processes for detection with the sensor and the camera more specifically.

-Have a social platform where people can compare activity and give each other positive advice and connect positively. Centered around collective betterment and algorithm pushes forth positive content (low in neuroticism, high in agreeableness).

-Consider having an expert page for contacting an expert.

The feedback was fairly consistent, regarding positive comments or questions/concerns that were answered or acknowledged, but changes they suggested were distributed into different areas of the prototype. There were a few great suggestions that were implemented as I reiterated:
