Key Findings from the Interview

  • Hannah would prefer fresh and organic food over preserved and non-organic food.
  • Hannah tried to plant Basil before but it was time-consuming. At first, there was little useful produce and it took her a lot of time to produce high-quality food.
  • “I think I’d be a very nice activity to grow my own veggies and fruits as I love growing plants and I think it would encourage a healthier diet”
  • The main obstacles stopping Hannah from growing her own food are not enough time and space, and overpriced equipment.
