I studied in my home country, Portugal, until the end of high school. There I took Science and Technology that paved the way to the Engineering course I am currently taking. As of now, I study Aerospace Engineering in Bristol, UK. This course combines intensive maths and physics but also challenging practical projects, such as measuring materials properties through the creative use of electronics/mechanics and data analysis. I am a big fan of thoughtful and inspiring design, so I would love to know more about the thinking process and insights behind products, services and places. Since sustainability is critical for the times ahead, knowing how to incorporate it to design is crucial to achieve impactful outputs. My main goal for this course is to get a holistic perspective of the design process and to understand the underlying principles of design.
