Interview Findings for My Focus Area

✏️Interview 1: Harry K.✏️Interview 2: Leon S.✏️Interview 3: Joe D.✏️Interview 4: Ben A.✏️Interview 5: Alberto Y.✏️Interview 6: Aquilas L.
✏️Interview 9: Steven A.✏️Interview 7: Tim W.✏️Interview 8: Jonathan C.

Interesting findings:

  • It seems that people who live in more moderate climates are less sensitive to fluctuations in HVAC costs
    • The two surveyed who live in San Francisco have not experienced much energy fluctuation.
    • Respondents inland have found that their costs have increased up to 50% in the past couple of years due to excess heat.
  • Two out of nine respondents reported that they recently installed solar to lower their energy bills
  • Those who live on campus (utilities included in rent) or with their parents have less knowledge of how much costs fluctuate
