Point of View Statement 1

Andrea Martínez needs to [USER'S NEED] drive recklessly on her commute to work because she has to constantly avoid potholes that are scattered across her home Panama City.

Point of View Statement 2

Valentina Fernández needs to arrive on time for work but sometimes cannot because of her encounters with potholes and general poor road maintenance.

Point of View Statement 3

Melany Monterrey needs to be late to class sometimes because she cannot drive safely on the City's roads (from similar concerns as Andrea and Valentina).
