Image 1 shows the notification popping up of an order habit/arrival at restaurant > clicking on it > leading to the previous popular orders selection screen for McDonalds > Ordering Selection > End Screen
Image 2 shows the nearby restaurant selection screen, choosing one, having the option for dine in/take out and the menu ordering screen, the restaurant’s rewards program, and the reservation end screen.
Making this app universal across all restaurants would highly increase the number of online orders, as from our survey, many people do not order online as it is too much of a hassle for them to download each individual restaurant’s app.
Functions tested:
- Notification screen, with button leading to the app
- Popular orders screen
- End screen (with order # and ETA of pickup)
- Restaurant Selection Screen
- Rewards Program Screen
- Restaurant Menu Ordering Screen
- Restaurant Reservation End Screen (with ETA of arrival)
