Survey Results and Problem Freeze

While I still lack a complete set of responses from my survey, I can still draw a few conclusions about the POV of the approximate student population. It seems that while approximately half of those interviewed have used bikes on campus, only a quarter seemed confidant in their ability to repair or dispose of a broken bike. While there are numerous bike facilities on campus, they are not utilized by all cyclists. I believe that the problem statement can be better defined as “people are unaware of or unable to effectively utilize means to repair and dispose of bicycles on campus”
