Testers were asked for their thoughts on the prototype’s useability, utility, and ease of manufacturing
several testers said they would have preferred a kit with all the required tools and materials to make the wrench
one felt that it was aimed mainly at major cyclists, displaying a clear audience disconnect
Upon this feedback, I decided to reevaluate the design concept
