I am tired of the lines at fast food restaurants, like Panda Express, at mealtimes. It makes me frustrated to wait, and sometimes even deters me from even entering the line. This is a lose-lose situation for both the business and I, as I don’t get the food I want and the business doesn’t sell the food to me, losing out on profit.

There is always a line at popular fast food restaurants, like Panda Express, especially at mealtimes. Often times, it lowers customer satisfaction, rendering them frustrated. It may even discourage many from entering the line to order. This makes both the potential customer and the business lose, as there will be less people ordering from there, causing people to lose out on food and the business to lose out on profit.
