Key Findings from the Interview

  • Cares mostly about the convenience of service with sustainability as more of a secondary benefit.
  • Currently uses an e-bike to commute to school/work. Explained the benefits of having an e-bike over a conventional bike as being faster and easier to operate.
  • Ideally, they would like e-bike charging stations for bikes to encourage more as well as safer bike lanes for bikers to use.
