In your day-to-day work, you're typically in modeling mode. You work in the Revit application to place and edit your model elements, and you may link to other Revit model to assist in the placement of your elements. In this mode, you can:

• SAVE — to create a local copy of your model as an RVT file on your computer.
• SYNC NOW — to sync the changes that you've made on your computer to the Cloud Revit model (the shared central model that synchronizes the updates from all your collaborators on this model)
• PUBLISH LATEST VERSION — at key milestones, you can publish views from the latest version of this model to Forma Document Management, where they can be viewed and consumed by other reviewers.
